Communication can be better , I’m paying for indoor unit instead of outdoor unit like I ask for , I pick my apartment from website and was told it was the exact same layout as model unit which was a outside unit.They had 3rd floor unit , and I turned it down , and wait for 4th floor which should’ve been outside unit like 3rd floor,but it wasn’t communicate properly

My experience so far with Lumina has been great. The process with getting/ signing a lease/ moving in was a little tricky and I felt like there was a few things that the leasing agent left out upfront that would've been tremendously helpful to know as we navigated the process so we could have been more prepared. The facilities and the apartment are extremely nice and overall I am very happy I live here. It is a quiet environment and everyone I have bumped into has been nice and welcoming.

It’s been 3 months without the elevators working, I have had to push back surgery and will have to move out soon. Not sure how we will move out with no access to an elevator. We should be receiving a discount when amenities like this are not working for this long. Being forced to take the stairs is crazy work for a luxury apartment and for how much we pay. Door downstairs to buzz people up still doesn’t work after I’ve been here for 3 years. Seems like the company that manages the property are... ok with things not working. One positive is that they have communicated when people will enter apartments in a more timely fashion - but I think that’s the bare minimum requirement of them. Garage works.
