Hi I was a former resident of Courtland park and moved out in October 2023. I really enjoyed living there. the environment as well as the location is a hidden jem. It is a great place and steps from the metro area. The property manager at this location Mrs. Ellen is wonderful and you can talk to her about anything. the maintaince staff David is polite and very conscientious and always willing to say hello and if you having any issue is willing to tackle it. i chose this location as it did... not have a pool with kids i was little worried. i loved the small community and the residents have been there for a while. overall i liked my stay there and would go back if i need to rent an apartment. i left as i moved into a house but my 3 plus years were wonderful

Customer service
The customer service is very dissatisfying. Bugs, opossums in the units due to cracks in the foundation, constant AC issues, and high deposits. Do your research before you sign the lease.

Poor customer service
The property needs updating, it takes months to get something fixed, bugs, mold, AC issues, parking is bad, rodent issues, high deposit, and staff has below customer service.

Bad customer service & poor conditions Customer service
Customer service is well below average. It takes months to get issues resolved. Their is an opossum and bug issue. Don’t move there try somewhere else
