I’ve been living at the Windsong apartments going on 5 years now. The location is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and access to I-10. The apartment I am in is a very large two bedroom priced at what other locations near by would be charging for a one bedroom. Rarely do I ever need to call for maintenance and when I do they always make the repair quickly! I am very happy with my apartment and the staff!

Stay away or never expect your security deposit back!
Be very careful! Tonti Management Windsong Apartment will rip you off with your security deposit. First they will try to trick you by saying you need to put more deposit in order to get apartment approval by taking advantage of your last minute need. When you move out they will keep all your deposit by pointing even minor discoloration of wall paint or one sheet broken from cheap plastic window blinder. I stayed close to 4 years in same apartment. The made me pay $700 deposit instead of $500... when I moved in. When I moved out with 1 month notice, my apartment was completely clean with no damage at all but wear from 4 years of paid use. They charged me over $1000 for various damage they claim. Some are not even existing. They will lie to you with hopes and at last every thing will turn up side down. Make sure you do not have any lightest scratch or any discoloration of paint on wall to get your deposit back - they expect you to give back a new apartment to them after 4 years of paid use !!! We must report ! There are 35 negative review out of 40!

Walked out
The women in the office were incredibly rude and condescending. They were also loudly belittling the man next to us for how much money he made, giving exact figures and disclosing his personal information. We walked out before even touring an apartment. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.

Outrageous fees
I was charged an application fee for my 12 year old daughter. I was also told that if I had a pet, the deposit would double. If my 19 year.old daughter came to visit, she would require an application and another application fee.....TO VISIT FOR THE WEEKEND. After turning in all required documents, it seemed as though my check stubs were not acceptable so therefore I was turned down with no refund whatsoever. By the time I finish in small claims court, it would be more than the deposits and fees... that are required upfront. Chalked up my losses but would not recommend......TO ANYONE!!!!!!!

Why would you live in a Place that makes very little effort to help you see the place? They want an application and money with two pay stubs, last years taxes and a safety deposit and then you can Schedule an appointment to even SEE the apartment? when its convenient for them? All so that you can pay them to live there. So that their business can thrive. I have never seen a business do less for a customer. And if that's what they do to try an get you in? Think how little they will care about you... once you sign a 1 year contract and they own you. Steer far away
