Love love love the women in the office but tonti Managment definitely need to upgrade these appliances!!! Spending thousands for apartments that still look like the 90s threw up in them is ridiculous. I love my neighbors but they definitely need to do some remodeling our balcony is infested with spiders & wasp the border is cracked and raggedy looking these apartments aren’t well kept at all but I love the staff & my neighbors!!

Don't be fooled by the outside of the apartments, the outside is well maintained for the most part but they always neglect the apartments themselves. The air conditioners are always broken and they refuse to properly fix them. The rent is cheap but the energy bill every month is extremely high. They raise your rent every year and they use the same lame excuse saying that it's the water bill going up. The tennis court is in disarray to the point you cannot use it. The outside used to be very... beautiful but now they cut down alot of the trees which makes your power bill even higher. Horrible apartments. People that work here are rude. Apartments are full of roaches. ac never works. My energy bills triple every month because AC never works and they never fix it. Horrible aparmtnets

This apartment complex is lovely and quiet. I lived on second floor...it was a wonderful view, however, tenants in apt below me were smokers. NEVER, was it convenient to sit on the balcony to enjoy a nice breeze or open the windows. Cigarette Smoke came up between wooden planks on balcony and into my apt. This was annoying! I love dogs and can say they were always walked on a leash. Cats ran freely and sat in chairs by pool, there were several times I've seen a cat on top of car. Why pay... a pet deposit when they were allowed outside freely. The lease is very strict & clear about deposits if pets were in apartment BUT was not Enforced about them running free on the grounds day and night. I was unable to walk the grounds freely because of my fear of Cats. What a shame to pay rent and not enjoy what you pay for. This is the perfect home away from home. The complex is secluded, in a safe, quiet neighborhood with gorgeous landscaping. The inner part of the complex is set up like a tropical oasis with palm trees, a mini lake with fountains and gazebo and mini benches around. It really sets the mood for a relaxing get away after work with the most gorgeous sunsets. The complex is right across from the levee, with two open fields perfect for those who have dogs. The levee has a bike path that leads out to... the lake which is the perfect thinking place after a long day. The individual units are spacious with large bedrooms and real wood burning fireplaces. The second and third flood apartments have enclosed patios with lock and key which offers additional security and the perfect add on the the apartment. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and quick to answer to any issues that may arise. Living here has been a good experience thus far! Read More
