I have currently been living in this property for two years and I do not recommend anyone to move here. The office team is not professional at all. Since I moved they promised to fix the fence of my patio and they never did, I had to buy the products myself at Home Depot and fix it. Terrible service the maintenance of the community and the apartments.

No reason to pay for the amenities, the pool is always closed (past 3 summers), the gym equipment is always broken, cheap repairs, and roaches

Yaya has been the best in the front office. There’s one new guy who’s great for maintenance. Roberto sucks. He’s a joke. He’s disrespectful, rude, and disgusting. He’s completely unprofessional and thinks because you’re a woman you know nothing.

I recently moved out but really liked living here! The townhouse I had was spacious and much larger than I expected. The area is great and close to everything.
