I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Fenwick Apartmens. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. Most recently requested to move due to my daughters handicap becoming more progressive. I intend to continue renting from Fenwick for... the remainder of my years in Jeffersontown, and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming graduate students looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with AAA, it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!

Fenwick Place was a great place to live and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent in the Louisville area. Cathy, Tim, and the team are warm, engaged, and by far the best apartment management team I’ve dealt with. The park-like grounds and buildings are beautiful, quiet, and well maintained. Neighbors (many long term) were just as nice. The team schedules great community events! Living by myself, safety is always a concern. I felt completely safe walking the neighborhood no... matter the time of day or night. Don’t hesitate on renting with them. You’ll not regret it. I only moved due to relocation.

Great place to live!
I have just moved back to louisville and was looking for a new apartment. I went a few places before Fenwick and nothing felt like home. As soon as I walked into the office Kathy was so amazing. She was accommodating and made me feel heard. The community is beautiful and feels very safe. I have found the perfect apartment here and am so excited to be a part of this community. Thank you Kathy and team for being so wonderful and caring for my needs. I’d also like to mention that I submitted a... maintenance request and they were there to fix it that day and also left a hand written note confirming that they had been there and to reach out with any other needs. I have never experienced such great service and attention at any other place I have lived. If you are looking for a new apartment/home definitely look here!!

Fenwick Place is a great place to live
I moved here about a month ago and I love it here. The staff is extremely helpful. The maintenance staff are always on top of any issues you have. I love that it is dog friendly and there is a dog park.

By far the most beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained property I’ve lived at while in Kentucky. Staff is friendly and my place is so cozy. I love it.
