The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. Fenwick Place was a great place to live and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent in the Louisville area. Cathy, Tim, and the team are warm, engaged, and by far the best apartment management team I’ve dealt with. The park-like grounds and buildings are beautiful, quiet, and well maintained. I have just moved back to louisville and was looking for a new apartment. I went a few places before Fenwick and nothing felt like home. As soon as I walked into the office Kathy was so amazing. I moved here about a month ago and I love it here. The staff is extremely helpful. The maintenance staff are always on top of any issues you have. I love that it is dog friendly and there is a dog park.
