Its a Bitter sweet parting
My wife and my eldest child and i have lived in this apartment for his entire life the management staff are hard to get to know cause how many come and go but the current staff are amazing and maintenance is fast reacting and lay out plans with us not just the complex staff rent is a bit high but worth it heres to 9 years in an amazing apartment complex

Practically ROBBING people.
They strung me around for over a month with $200 of my money guaranteeing me my application looks good and theres no worries and two weeks before my move in date after giving them SEVERAL pay stubs and everything else they asked for graciously they continued to give me open ended answers and string me along promising the security of my application only to deny it, with no grounds to do so. Perfect rental history and no late payments EVER. Now I’m out of an place to live and an opportunity to... look because their lack of communication and awful business ethics have ruined the chance to do so. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME, choose anywhere else.
