I have lived here almost 10 years. I love it here. The place is kept up if have an issue, quiet and do not really hear my neighnors through the wall. Maintenance man is awesome and knows his stuff. Current Manager is nice. Gyms are close by...

This was my first apartment and it was a great choice! The management and maintenance staff are all wonderful. Maintenance guys will help you with just about anything, they have good hearts! Management calls me by name every time I see them, to me that gives this complex such a home feeling. I was nervous living in an apartment, but living here has changed my mind. When I go out at night with my dog It is not scary, there is always lots of parking lot lighting. There is also always plenty of... parking near my apartment. I lived here for a little over a year and love it, we only moved for more space to help out a family member. Great neighborhood, neighbors, and great staff. Loved being close to Dillons and not far from 21st and Amidon nice central location.

This is a excellent place to live. They have one of the best maintenance crew's around i personally couldn't ask for better. It's really a peaceful place to live everyone makes you feel welcomed.
