Maintenance Man Chris
The Property Maintenance Manager Chris is excellent!!! He scheduled a time to look at our unit’s concerns and came promptly at the time requested. Chris’s customer service skills are superb and the work he completed excelled expectation! Very thankful to have a Maintenance Manager like Chris at our new place!!

Very helpful and thankful for Chris(maintenance)
Chris the maintenance man is always in the neighborhood and today as I was cleaning the sidewalk and front door area stopped by to make sure everything was OK. I had a wasp nest somewhere and he helped find it and remove it. Redbud has always been helpful.
