Go Somewhere Else
First, there are serious safety issues. There are quite a few homeless people and drug addicts that hang out around the building. Expect aggressive panhandling. You have to have your head on a swivel when walking into the building at night. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors' conversations. The communication between staff and residents is almost nonexistent. Management has created a "you against them" environment. You send an email with no response. Another email with no response.... You leave a voicemail. No response. You get the picture. There are quite a few places in the Fountain Square area that are safer and managed in a more professional manner.
