The Hermitage is such a cute living space. This is my first apartment, and I live in a two bedroom model. It's in the middle of Speedway, conveniently close to stores and restaurants I would need to restock my daily living essentials or to have a good time. There's a diverse population of people who live there, too (which I love). It's mostly quiet and peaceful in the morning, througout the day and at night. If there's an issue with my apartment, maintenance comes out to check and fix it in a... timely manner with updates about the progress. The women working at the leasing office are cool, they helped me understand how to prepare my documents for moving in. Also, the occasional food truck in the neighborhood is so fun, I hope they bring more vendors around! I love walking to the outside of the leasing office to get food during my days off.

Apartment is nice. Community staff are great! Wish hallways could be cleaned more often. Also, would be nice if landscaping at entryway was in better condition. But, it’s not horrible.
