I've been a community member at the Hamilton for little over 3 months now and have nothing but great things to say about the entire property. Upon stepping foot onto the grounds, you feel as though you're living at a resort, with a small coastal town feel. There's a constant breeze of fresh air wafting from the cottonwood trees wrapping the community and the grounds are pristine with nary a hint of neglect. The apartments themselves have beautiful vaulted ceilings and an abundance of space.... The finishes are top-notch and it shows that they really care about the aesthetics of their homes. All of the amenities are also above par with a full gym (sans rowing machines), yoga area, half-court basketball court, lounge with pool table and flat screen tvs and a fireplace, an outdoor lounge and pagoda with fire pit and grill and a full pool.

The apartment complex is so close to the interstate and is a short commute to downtown Indianapolis for work or for all of the fun stuff. There's a lot close to the complex too. The apartments themselves are great, with a great kitchen space, great finishes in the bathrooms, and 9 ft. ceilings that make you forget you're living in an apartment.
