This apartment housing is great the first week, once parents are gone there are no responses to any requests for maitenance, we have had no water for weeks, there is mold everywhere, and 2 of our 3 doors do not work. We have made 12 requests in the past month and a half and nothing has been done. The rent is atrocious for the unfit to live in the dwelling place you are stuck in.

This apartment is great for those just starting out. The rent is perfect for what you get. Even though the building is older you don't get that feeling inside. Perfect for someone living alone or for a couple just starting out. I also LOVE how pet friendly this apartment and the area is.
