I wish I can give this place 0 stars. This complex is a mess, there is garbage everywhere!! Neighbors blast music at all hours of the day and I've contacted management about it several times and they do not care. Water can be shut off without any notice. When it recently snowed they didn’t plow until 5-6 days later and last winter they didn’t even bother plowing the parking lot. My last straw was my car getting broken into, there is 0 sense of safety, there are multiple car break ins, people... stealing and breaking into apartments, and a child recently dying on the property. I spoke with someone at the leasing office and how I feel unsafe and they did not care at all and said it will be over $2.5k to break the lease and it would still have to be in my unit for 2 months before I can leave even with paying the listed amount which is absolutely ridiculous. This place is not worth the rent they are charging and there are several empty units by me because no one wants to live here trust me.

Tengo cerca de dos años viviendo aquí, nunca reparan nada en todo este tiempo no he tenido aire acondicionado siempre dicen que vendrán a repararlo, hice una renovación el año pasado con la promesa de que reparación el aire ahora mismo toca renovación otraves del contrato y saben que ni loca vuelvo a renovarlo con promesas falsas. My apartment has flooded three times now I have reported before all three leaks that’s it was an issue they have lied and tried to tell me it was in my mind you can’t see something without breaking down where it’s coming from oh no my loft needs repaired and I want another unit at the same price or cheaper they refuse to move me without me paying more.
