All Utilities are paid by Tenant, and bc most Tenants prefer to bring their own appliances upon move in, we do not provide appliances. All homes do have Laundry / Dryer hookups. We do NOT accept prior evictions. Credit Score is considered but most importantly your household monthly net (take home) income is expected to be double the Rent amount!
