The Springs of St. Charles is a new apartment complex in a popular part of St. Charles. It offers a modern living space for residents. The private entrance is good for pet owners who value convenience. Rental rates are lower compared to nearby options in St. Charles, especially downtown. Parking is first come first serve. There are garages available for rent. We rented two to protect our cars during winter. Some issues we encountered is noise from cars with loud exhausts at all hours, and minor... parking lot incidents. Walls are paper thin so the first floor hears everything. After living here, I feel there should be a playground for kids to play at, so they're not riding their bikes or playing in the parking lots. Safety reasons.
