Kids run around in the street, our neighbors were SHOT AT and all management had to say was that the security gate, which is the only form of security on premises, was there to keep people out. Please note that the security gate almost never works, and is constantly open. Not only that, but people have found that running into... the gate also opens it. They hide lifestyle fees and claim that water is included in rent, which it is not. The apartments themselves are cheaply made and oftentimes bugs crawl in through gaps left underneath the front door because it doesn't fit into the frame correctly. All of these complaints and they raise prices. Now they claim they can come into the apartments for a "check" at times convenient for them. So many sleepless night ue to loud noise air conditioning compressor just by windows bedrooms. After several complaining, staff don't care about it at all. November 26 and we continue with this unsolved problem. I do not recommend this place at all.
