The building is gorgeous and my unit was spacious with lots of light and gorgeous modern amenities. The apartment really has a safe and luxurious feel. I lived at Kickapoo Apartments throughout medical school and it was a great experience! Highly recommend this location for medical students (above 3030 and across the street from the med school) or anyone who works at OSF or UnityPoint. The landlord and maintenance team were very responsive to any questions or requests I had.
