We applied and were both approved for an apartment but a week before move date were told that we had been unapproved due to a prior eviction which was a lie! No evictions ever! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!

This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, pet-friendly apartment. It is very close to Heartland Community College and Illinois State University. Fully furnished with kitchen breakfast bar, three wood bar stools, two suede couches, three living room end tables. In each bedroom there is a dresser, a closet, and a bed. One bathroom has a tub and shower, one just a walk-in shower. Nice carpet for the most part, though prone to collecting pet hair/fur. Beds are a bit hard but nothing a mattress pad can't... solve. Freshly painted between tenants and they will fix anything that's wrong from the people before, it just takes a bit of time. All the appliances are decent for the price. Cheap construction and cheap furniture, so there are little issues here and there but to be expected in a college-type apartment. Bring a small toolkit and they are fairly easy fixes. The workout area is pretty basic, treadmill and some machines and there is a pool but it is only five feet deep and fairly small. However, the area is good for suntanning and chairs are provided. It is a pretty quiet area near the army base and unless there are neighbors who play loud music or have a barking dog or something of that nature, there shouldn't be any issues. All utilities are included in rent and overall it's pretty decent apartment to live in for the price and the lifestyle.
