This is a very nice place. It's not fancy. It could use some updating, but overall everything works well. Staff are friendly and responsive. It's a very convenient location.

All staff members were friendly and welcoming, and provided relevant and helpful information. The apartment is perfect. We need to get used to the traffic and noise on Harlem.

I was told in May that water, gas, garbage etc. would be 80 to 85 dollars, now it’s $148 a month! Otherwise, I have been satisfied with living here.
