A constant battle with the leasing office and also management was always in my business. As a young female it was very weird when they asked my roommates personal questions about me. When trying to relent I had the process extended just so that I had to pay rent. Not only that process was extended due to the leasing office messing up my room number and then saying that I needed a female for a coed unit again to extend the process and keep me there. I've enjoyed living in this building, as it surpassed my expectations in terms of the apartment layout, staff, and beautiful amenities such as the pool and gym. The management go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home, Alan was especially an incredible help.

Recently moved in and the building is beautiful! The studio size for what you can find in the area is amazing, it’s super open and bright with the extra large windows. Through the whole leasing process Becca was super helpful and went above and beyond for me and worked to get me the best possible price, appreciated it so much. My experience so far has been great

You could not pick a worse building to live in. Two weeks ago there was gun fire right outside the front door. Almost every night the community behind the apartment lets off fireworks throughout the night, and in the summer they are out partying til 4 am. On top of that management will come with you for random fees toward the end of your lease with no explanation.
