There are just a couple of things . Otherwise the staff appear to be very friendly and helpful. The building itself is very nice and quiet. The decor is modern and very bright. I think I’m going to overall enjoy living here.

I’ve really enjoyed my time at 868 on Wells. The building is clean, quiet, and in a great location,close to everything. My unit gets great light and any maintenance issues have been handled quickly and professionally.

The staff made my move incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, organized, and ready to help with anything I needed. The leasing office answered all my questions promptly and clearly, and maintenance was quick to respond to a couple of minor requests during the move-in process. They even checked in to make sure everything was going well once I settled in. The entire team was friendly and professional, creating a supportive and positive atmosphere that... made a big difference during what could have been a hectic time. The unit was clean and ready upon arrival, and all the common areas were well-maintained. It really felt like they cared about my experience, not just as a resident, but as a person. I’m glad I chose this complex—it already feels like home, thanks in large part to the helpful and attentive staff.
