Living here has been good so far. The amenities are always booked every day, so it makes it a little difficult to use them frequently. But everything else has been great.

There are just a couple of things . Otherwise the staff appear to be very friendly and helpful. The building itself is very nice and quiet. The decor is modern and very bright. I think I’m going to overall enjoy living here.

I’ve really enjoyed my time at 868 on Wells. The building is clean, quiet, and in a great location,close to everything. My unit gets great light and any maintenance issues have been handled quickly and professionally.

Such a lovely experience so far! We just moved in and the move in process was smooth and easy. The team really made us feel at home already.
