This is no longer a nice place to live. Neighbors with dogs don't pick up their messes, piles of poop are left outside around the building, trash left outside in front of the building, garbage left outside their doors. And the worst of all is the security breach by those who prop the doors around the building so they don't have to use their key fob to get back into the building. Building management does nothing.

Poor Build Quality
The apartments look very nice and is a decent price. However after living here for several months the faults in construction are more obvious. Its a new building and I wonder if all the positive reviews were based on first impressions.
Be prepared to here your all your neighbors. The countertops started chipping after one month and the shower floor creaks to the point of every guest asking what was wrong after using it. Again the floor plans are good and the staff are fantastic but the... construction feels like it cut corners. For the price you are paying it feels the quality should be higher.
