I am a current resident. I wish ihad read the reviews before I signed the lease. We feel like we are basically living outside. The number of insects we've seen here is ridiculous. Now my daughter has yellow jackets constantly invading her room. Put 3 work orders in asked them to check the furnace room for a nest. I told them they have to be coming in through the vents. I was told to close the vents and tape around them. The office staff is extremely unprofessional and lack empathy. Scheduled an appointment with Diana to see a two bedroom on Sunday at 11:30. Received an email confirmation as well as an email reminder. We drove almost 40 minutes and arrived early to be sure we didn’t leave her waiting. Upon arrival at the leasing office door, a woman yelled from inside “We open at 12:00.” We explained we had an 11:30 appointment with Diana and had email confirmation. She again yelled across the room, “Well we don’t open until 12:00.” She finally came to the door and said it... did not matter that someone scheduled with us, Diana wasn’t even in the office today, and she maybe could show us something at 12:00. We were unable to wait as we scheduled many tours given our tight timeline to rent. The leasing office is in the business of sales. If they cannot honor a confirmed appointment or accommodate a possible scheduling error on their end in order to make a sale I cannot image what poor service one would receive once locked into a contract. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here, they have rat/rodent infestation. I complained about it 3 weeks ago and it hasn’t been resolved yet. I have been pretty much living somewhere else from past 3 weeks because of it as my place isn’t livable. I’m counting days so I can get out of here.

They also need to train their office staff properly, one of the staff called me and said I don’t need renters insurance because im moving out soon but after few weeks their manager calls and says they were... wrong and they will force put a renters insurance on my bill as it is required.

PLEASE SABE YOUR MONEY By not moving into this community! If you really earned your money with your hard work!!! The community staff will be so so so nice until you sign agreement! Very old apartments and no security or any assistance from the community! Disrespect management! This is very dangerous community because of daily drug activities! If you have small children, please DO NOT MOVE HERE OR WANT TO SAVE YOUR MONEY! MANAGEMENT is PREPOSTEROUS, DISRESPECTFUL, OFFENSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Lived here 5 years ago so management may have changed. When I lived there management was rude and very dishonest. They would tell you one thing when you signed the lease and then would not fulfill their end of the bargain. Also apartments are cheaply made. I would go down the street to one of the other apartment places.
