The Park Evanston is always very clean everywhere within the public spaces. The leasing team is always happy to explain to you the nuances of the apps to use for access, packages, etc as well as the overall facility.

Maintenance is always very fast to respond and fix issues! I filed a request after 5pm and they were here and finished by 9:30 the next morning. Also, the maintenance people are all professional, helpful and friendly even when we don’t have issues.

Park Evanston has some of the best amenities like a great fitness center, rooftop pool with grills, and even a pet spa, plus it's the only building in Evanston with a doorman. The leasing staff is very helpful and responsive to residents' needs, and I have had the best experience here.
