The amenities are a huge plus. I use the gym regularly, and the pool and outdoor areas are great for relaxing or hanging out with friends, especially when the weather is nice. The Social definitely lives up to its name with community events and a fun, social atmosphere that makes it easy to meet people.
The staff have been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests usually get handled, though there have been times where things took a little... longer than expected. While it’s not perfect, the positives definitely outweigh the negatives.
Overall, The Social is a great option for students or young adults looking for a convenient, lively place to live near campus. I’ve enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone wanting a balance of comfort, location, and community.

The Social is a great place to live and everyone in the office is nice and welcoming. I like all the resident events that they host like the late night pancake breakfast.

The staff is very helpful and kind. If you need something they help you to the best of their abilities. If you need something fixed, it’s very easy to do so. They have lots of mixers and things for the community like giveaways, food, etc.

I feel that the Social is a great place to live at. It is in a prime spot in Edwardsville with it being right next to the campus and just a couple minutes away from down town Edwardsville and near the grocery stores in Glen Carbon.
