Great Apt- need to see for yourself!

I’ve lived here for a year and it’s been a great experience- the folks who live here are friendly, it’s never very noisey and it’s SO perfectly situated near downtown. There were some issues when I first moved in because of different management, but those folks are gone. Now I mainly interact with Isiah- and he is just delightful! He’s one of those people that treats you like family (or how you would want someone to treat you), is super smart, and is so QUICK to address/help!

Great location- Affordable comfort

We enjoy this apartment, just looking to expand. Love the walk to Downtown Downers Grove, and 2 blocks from the train. Spacious, updated, and affordable!
