This place is great in theory. It looks nice, has some nice amenities but there are kinks that keep it from really being luxury. The plumbing backs up (often), they don't enforce the pet policy (dogs bark all day and night despite complaints from neighboring units). Because of the staff turnover the door people don't know the residents despite being a small building and projects seem to start but never quite get done. The location is great and people inside are very nice but you're paying more... than its probably worth.
