I love the amenities and it has been great living here so far! I do think that some things can be improved. For example, Kohl’s parking lot is being shared and my car has almost been hit on multiple occasions while leaving or entering upstairs due to the cars from the car company blocking the view.

There’s also an issue with noisy neighbors. I can hear people running and stomping at all times of the hour. Maybe the walls are just thin. I also think the appliances inside unit can be upgraded. I... have to use my dryer three times for the same load at 2 hours every load. The knobs to my window hardly ever works, and the same light switch is constantly cracking randomly. Not to mention the wall material is hard to clean.

Another issue I have is guests being charged for incorrectly parking on the first offense. Some people do not know so a simple warning should be left which is how it used to be. Why are we charging visitors on a first offense? I think some things could be made better. Read More

Good experience, amenities are cool, neighbors are fantastic except the isolation is bad , you can hear everything everywhere other than that no any problems.. I love it

My partner and I have been living here since 2022 and we’ve been so lucky to call triangle square our home. The building is equipped with so many great amenities and the staff are so polite and helpful. The rooftop hammocks are my favorite part I love to lay up in them and just decompress and reflect on my life. So relaxing and so comfy. We love this building

Building management is very friendly and accommodating. All of the common areas are very clean. The gym is large and has equipment that you will actually use.
