Best place I’ve ever lived in Chicago. Grateful to be a Deco resident of almost 4 leases. Wonderful leasing, concierge, management, and engineering team. Great amenities, incredible value, premium location, and welcoming community events every month. The Deco is where to be if considering living in Gold Coast.

For the price of this apartment, I do not think it is worth it. There is constantly work being done to the apartment that causes disturbances to daily living, including water shut downs for multiple days in a row and elevators being closed for weeks at a time when there are 22 floors in the building. Management can sometimes be slow to get ahold of. For this price, I think you can find much better. Wouldn’t really recommend.

I’ve had a really positive experience living in this apartment building. One of the best parts is the people — neighbors are friendly, respectful, and welcoming, which truly makes it feel like a community rather than just a place to live. The building is well kept, and overall it’s a comfortable, pleasant environment. I’m very happy here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a great place to live.

I am so proud to show people my apartment & our building! I love the apartment layout, its proximity to the lake, the neighborhood, friendliness of the staff here, and all of the thoughtful events they plan. Definitely don’t see myself moving any time in the near future.
