For the price of this apartment, I do not think it is worth it. There is constantly work being done to the apartment that causes disturbances to daily living, including water shut downs for multiple days in a row and elevators being closed for weeks at a time when there are 22 floors in the building. Management can sometimes be slow to get ahold of. For this price, I think you can find much better. Wouldn’t really recommend.

I’ve had a really positive experience living in this apartment building. One of the best parts is the people — neighbors are friendly, respectful, and welcoming, which truly makes it feel like a community rather than just a place to live.
