pretty good so far. very responsive staff. sometimes confusion on information but i can tell they are working hard and friendly. love the space and the amenities.

Service and loading dock area and hallways need a better configuration, upkeep, and aroma management. Elevators as well are often dirty, smell, and need to be dry mopped after mopped so they are dirtied right back up after having been mopped. Residential floor meed better vacuuming throughout the week.Higher expectations for a luxury apartment building.
