The front desk staff are so gracious and the leasing office has been very helpful and attentive with move in. Our unit was very clean and exactly as expected! We are excited to be joining the Solverre community :)

Management seems to have gotten less and less responsive regarding various issues including lease renewal, responding to emails but is very on top of sending out emails warning residents that their privileges regarding guest access and amenities will be taken away if they don’t follow the rules. On top of that, the quality of the building itself is cheap, you can see after a while things starting to break. The persistent hot water issue and side door issues are quite annoying. Unfortunately, my experience so far has been disappointing. The apartment has ongoing maintenance issues — especially a persistent odor in the bathroom that hasn’t been resolved despite multiple requests. I also discovered a cockroach in the kitchen, which was very upsetting. While the maintenance team has been kind and responsive, the overall living conditions have not met expectations for a luxury building.

Very helpful staff with answering questions and helping to coordinate move in logistics. Very satisfied. The Solverre team even gifted a bag with some very generous gifts including a dog bowl and throw blanket.

It has been quite seamless moving in to Solverre. The leasing team have made things easy and the concierge team have been helpful in providing access to the loading dock and elevator.
