Lived here for 2 years. Extremely quiet and safe. Attentive staff and front desk and front door man 24/7 on staff. Clean, extremely fast maintenance requests (within 60 minutes!) Tremendous walkability score. Been very happy here, highly recommend to a single woman.

Terrible!
The building is the only building that charges for EV charging on top of its super expensive garage fee. Leasing staff bully the residents. Major smoking problem, the building always smells of weed. Terrible appliances. Look somewhere else!!!!

smoking issues!!
It's been two months since I moved in here, someone on the same floor keeps smoking and smell comes into my unit. I requested the leasing office multiple times to fix the issues, still not fixed. If you do not smoke and you are little sensitive about smells then you might need to reconsider to move in here.

5 star place yet with 1 star service
Decorated like a 5 star hotel, yet offering 1 star service. The leasing office obviously have difficulty in presenting professionalism: either reply customer email without salutation or no reply at all, treat customer with arrogance from nowhere, not at all supportive during application process, etc. A kind reminder - you’re paid to offer a high-quality service at a branded luxury building, your pay check, in the end, comes from customers.

Worst Leasing Staff
The Porte staff is completely useless. They don't respond in a timely manner, when they do they're super unprofessional and they're just looking for your money.
Save yourself a long application process and lease somewhere else else in the area that is going to be worth your buck in every category.
