Attractive apartment building in a great downtown location with great amentities, a beautiful pool/grill area, a cafe, a library, business center, and party room. Warm, responsive management, security and maintenance staff. As a long term resident, I attest this building is a great home in the heart of the city.

Leasing and management have high turnover and make promises that they do not deliver on. Very frustrating experience working with them. Management does not place a high priority on cleanliness, privacy or safety. Based on other reviews, looks like I am not the only one with this experience. Would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a luxury apartment building

Living at One Superior Place has been an amazing experience. The building is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with great amenities that make everyday life comfortable and enjoyable. The staff are always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever needed. I’m truly happy here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I had a decent experience, however I did not get a mailbox key and when I asked concierge at front desk he mentioned if I did not a “welcome packet” and I said no. He tried to get one for me but was unable to most likely because of the Holiday vacation the staff was generally unavailable. He is still trying to secure one for me. I have experience receiving a welcome folder in another building’s previously with mailbox keys and other must know information. This time around I did not get one. Very clean building and excellent staff! Super responsive to maintenance issues. Lifetime amenities are phenomenal and well integrated into the building.
