Everything excellent so far. Just moved in and I am super happy with the building, staff, amenities, responsiveness and location. Safety is also well taken care of here, and I truly appreciate that.

Overall, the building has a great location and a lot of potential. It’s centrally located and convenient, with amenities like a gym and pool that are definitely a plus. The package service is decent, though be aware that same-day Amazon deliveries are often delayed—building staff typically need a day to process and notify you.
That said, the building shows signs of neglect. The elevators are frequently vandalized, with messages or graffiti appearing on the screens. Additionally, it’s not... uncommon to see homeless individuals gathered outside the main entrance, which may make some residents uncomfortable.
In short, while the location and amenities are appealing, the upkeep and security could use significant improvement.

We really love our new apartment. We just recently moved in and we had a very pleasant experience. Although moving is stressful, we found it to be less so as a result of the kind personnel who helped along the way. All of the concierge staff, maintenance staff, valet staff, and other residents have been very kind and welcoming. In addition, it also helps that our apartment is beautiful and the amenities are top notch. My husband and I are pleased with our time in the One Chicago community thus... far.
