I love this building so much, staff and community are undeniably the best in the city. My favorite thing is the 365 hot tub amenity. Can’t wait to explore more of this amazing building. I will keep referring all of my good friends to Niche 905.

So far everything has been great! The amenities are perfect for what we need, and the entire staff is welcoming. The apartment location is ideal for someone who works in west loop (20 ish minute away), and has a lot of friends in old town / Lincoln park. A lot of restaurants in the area plus good grocery stores.

The welcome meeting was really good. Lizette took me around the building, provided me all the necessary stuff and answered my hundreds of questions. The building almost feels like a neighborhood because almost every time you get in the elevator there will be a dog with you which automatically makes everyone more friendly. The amenities are nice and even the shared spaces are clean and well taken care of. The front desk workers are incredibly kind and willing to answer all your questions with a... smile.
