The staff here are nice and I had barbeque here, it is really a good time with my friend. I enjoy the time here. The view is really beautiful on the 26th floor, and we can also swim or enjoy the hot pool here. It is chill and relax.

Nice beautiful place but a lot of the free stuff like wine, coffe are over since two weeks. Elevator must be fixed. But other amenities all great.

Best service in the South Loop
I’ve lived here a total of 5 years and the staff here is amazing! Tia at the front desk has been so helpful with everything. No task is too small or outside the box for her to help. The maintenance team is second to none! Their prompt. They fix what’s needed and are extremely friendly. Everyone is top tier! I can’t forget about Rasheed in the office, he is always amazing.
Thank you for an awesome living experience!
P.s. the amenities are beautiful! The pool on the summer is my favorite.

First started to move in yesterday. I immediately noticed that one side of the couch was very dirty and the inside of the bed frame’s corners had tons of dust and hair. I have purchased a steam cleaner and will have to spend today cleaning everything. Just my minor gripes, but the move-in was smooth and the staff were helpful (other than the freight elevator being out of order until further notice).

I wanted to bring up a concern about noise levels and certain issues on Friday nights. Lately, there has been a strong smell of marijuana in the building, and quiet hours are not being respected. Residents are often yelling and making noise until 1–2 AM, which makes it difficult to sleep. I would really appreciate it if management could enforce quiet hours more strictly or address these concerns more effectively. It would make a huge difference in maintaining a comfortable living environment for... everyone.
I’ve really enjoyed the events you organize for holidays like Valentine’s Day and St. Patrick’s Day—they’re always fun and a great way to bring the community together!
