It’s too expensive for the value. I can’t even get reliable maintenance service sometimes. Also, the elevators are too much of a hassle.
People don’t check on pets with their leases. I know of several tenants with huge dogs that are excluded breeds from the leases.

Latonia is a fantastic doorlady. She is nothing if not professional, personable, and a delight to see whenever coming home after work. During a moment of confusion regarding maintenance entering late at night, she acted swiftly and with great energy in order to make sure the building was secure. Latonia is an asset to this complex and the people in it, and I hope that everyone can learn from her bright personality and commitment to high quality service.

Move in was easy. Staff were mostly helpful especially maintenance staff. Dog amenities are great as well as other facilities. Wish there was one more elevator. Like the newsletter that’s sent to residents.

Everything is going well so far. Grate maintenance people, excellent amenities. Parking access could improve a little bit, by adding security and by removing check point is that is not working (Just making it hard to get through) located going up the third floor.
