Cockroaches!
Almost signed at this place and on a whim checked a cabinet underneath the sink on my walkthrough- no joke close to 40 cockroaches (some still squirming around) were stuck on what looked like sticky pad catcher things. Absolutely disgusting. Nobody had told me. They obviously had to know that this was a problem.

Lovely apartment in Lakeview
Love living in this two bedroom two bathroom two blocks from the heart of lakeview -- gorgeous tree lined quiet street within walking distance from bars and restaurants.
