We love the building and have been here for over 5 years, but it unfortunately has a roach problem and it’s gotten worse. They typically would come spray but just recently stopped using the pest company. They now do it themselves but we can no longer get our apartment sprayed since the new pesticide they use is not pet safe and we have two cats. It definitely makes us reconsider resigning a lease.
