I’ve lived in this building for over two years now, & I couldn’t be happier. The staff are one of the best parts of living here: incredibly helpful, understanding, & always responsive. Maintenance deserves a special shoutout for consistently going above & beyond, especially for someone like me who barely knows how to use a hammer. One of the main reasons I left my previous apartment was bc of issues with the door staff. The door staff here are the complete opposite: professional, friendly, &... genuinely caring. It’s meant a lot to have people at the door who noticed & checked in. They always make you feel welcome, maybe a little too welcome, because I definitely talk their ears off. The amenities are always clean & well maintained. Having a restaurant & grocery store right in the building makes life so much easier. This building truly feels like home. I’m glad I chose to live here & plan to stay for the foreseeable future, or at least until I find my husband & move into the penthouse ??

Doesn't get any better
Moved to Chicago a year ago and chose 920 N Wells pretty much at random, and couldn't be happier. Amenities are amazing, everything is brand new, location is excellent and the staff are on top of everything. Never had a package stolen or any issues like that. Can't recommend enough.
