Reliable Management/ Welcoming Community

I’ve never been so bummed about having to move from anywhere. Because I also knew that I was relocating from a great management team such as this one.RELIABLE management is hard come by these days when renting. I loved my apartment. The updates on the building just goes to show that the new management and Joe are moving in the right direction. Any concerns I had they were taken care of. Communication was always great, and I felt at peace knowing that any concerns I had were being treated with a... sense of urgency.

Loved My Apartment

Lived at 7334 N Ridge Blvd from 2017-2020 and loved it! They have been making major improvements to the building which has been nice to see. Neighbors look out for you, maintenance is friendly, and the property management team is great and responsive (Stella is great). I lived in a studio and it was super spacious and updated. Location is great to! Next to markets, food, gym, and transportation. Would definitely recommend.

New Management

I recently moved into this apartment building at 7334 N. Ridge. I can honestly say they are doing a great job with improvements on the building and keeping it clean and updated. They prioritize making the building a great atmosphere for their renters.

Great landlord managed ment

The new owners are the best since ive lived here in the smount of time they have owened the buildind . Very professional and prompt with their seevices considerate about their tenants. More of a family orientated environment with management. Im very happy with their services snd i lived here 17 yrs.
