Move in Jocelyn and Nancy did a great job with hand)ing my move in. Everything was ready as promised and the only issue I had was there was a crack in one of the windows. Other than that everything was good

Move-in date Promised move-in date changed several times. The last time was 1 week before we were closing on our house. There was a distinct possibility that we would not have a home.

Looks great, but sound carries One of the amenities advertised during our tours was the special way the walls were constructed so that you would not hear your neighbors. While most ordinary sounds, like chatting or walking around can't be heard, there's still plenty of noise that can be heard. Cabinets closing, doors slamming, music, loud talking. This may be the first place I've lived where I heard this much noise day to day, all day. It is a little disappointing, especially since the walls... were advertised to prevent such a thing.
