This place is not a place to live. It will make you miserable. The management are not helpful and in the summer there is no heat. These apartments needs to be closed. No one deserves to live this. Currently my living situation is very depressing. I pay so much rent and my room is full of bugs. I have videos and pictures of this situation and no one will help and no one cares about my situation. This place is a horror!!

Do you really want me to share my experience with the Palmer? Really?? No AC working in the unit. Stove elements don't always work. No living-room lights. Large holes cut in the ceiling for sprinklers that took forever to be patched. Over priced-under maintained unit.
