Amazing community!
I have been living here since August and I absolutely love it! The price and quality of the luxury apartment is amazing and worth it! The staff here also takes the time to make sure that their residents are happy and comfortable! Their communication and understanding goes a long way - if you need anything, they are always eager to help. As a first time renter, this has been the best experience and couldn’t ask for a better community! 10/10 would recommend!!

I have been a resident at Altera Union City for 5 months and I love it here today as much as I did when I first moved in. This place has been safe, secure, and comfortable. The residents here are cordial and the staff are very professional while still being accessible and down to earth. Shoutout to Ms. Lauren, Ms. Kamry, and Ms. K for making it a joy to reside here.
