During his 20-year career with UPS, he specialized in high-level technology, automating buildings nationwide, developing productivity-driven software systems, and designing mechanical solutions for package sortation. As an Automation Manager, he successfully led teams of 20+ professionals across the country, honing leadership and problem-solving skills that seamlessly carried over into his real estate career. Retiring from UPS at just 36, Mark transitioned his expertise and drive into real estate full-time in 2006. Since then, he has become recognized as a technology-focused REALTOR® and a true advocate for his clients. His commitment to excellence has earned him multiple accolades, including being nominated Realtor of the Year in 2014 by the 400 North Board of REALTORS® and receiving the prestigious President’s Award twice.
