Beautiful Community
New, modern, and clean property. What I love the most is that the breezeways are inside and controlled by climate. Valet trash cans are also only out in the breezeways during pick up time. This makes the property look well maintained! The staff is what ties it all together. They are absolutely super sweet and never have an issue when you need help. Maintenance is amazing as well. Work orders are completed the same day, and they are very professional as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Love the Pool
Love the pool and grill area!! I see myself using these a lot this summer! The outdoor firepit will be my place come this fall. Great addition to Villa Rica

Super Beautiful and Friendly Staff!
The amenities are top-notch, especially the pool and gym. The pool area feels like a private resort—perfect for relaxing or spending time with friends. The gym is spacious, modern, and always clean, with all the equipment you need for a solid workout. The community vibe is welcoming, and everything is kept in excellent condition.
