Persistent noise, poor management, and a complete lack of accountability make this a frustrating place to live. Repeated complaints about excessive noise have resulted in little to no meaningful action, making it difficult to sleep or work from home. Management is reactive rather than proactive and shows little urgency in addressing resident concerns. Despite the exorbitant pricing, the day-to-day living experience falls well below expectations. I would not recommend living here.

Disappointing Living Experience
My experience living here has been consistently disappointing due to ongoing issues that significantly affect day-to-day quality of life.
The biggest problem is noise. The sound insulation between apartments is extremely poor, making it easy to hear conversations, televisions, music, footsteps, and other everyday activities from neighboring units. Noise frequently continues late into the evening and has made it difficult to work from home, relax, or get a full night's sleep. This has been an... ongoing issue rather than an occasional inconvenience.
Another persistent concern is the strong smell of weed & garbage throughout the hallways. It is common to walk through the building and encounter a noticeable weed odor in shared spaces. Regardless of personal views, common areas should be kept clean and comfortable for all residents, and this issue does not appear to be adequately addressed.
Security is also a concern. Packages have been stolen from the mailroom, making it difficult to trust that deliveries will arrive safely. Residents should not have to worry about whether online orders will still be there when they go to pick them up.
These are not isolated incidents but recurring problems that have had a significant impact on my experience living here. A residential community should provide a reasonable level of peace, cleanliness, and security. Unfortunately, those expectations have not been met.

Complimentary Surround Sound - Where every neighbor becomes a roommate
My overall experience has been disappointing due to several ongoing quality-of-life issues that management has not adequately addressed.
The most significant problem is noise. Sound insulation between apartments appears to be very poor & pathetic, making it easy to hear conversations, footsteps, televisions, and other daily activity from neighboring units. Excessive noise frequently carries on throughout the day, making it difficult to relax, work from home, or get consistent sleep.
The... condition of the common areas is another major concern. Hallways are often left in an unacceptable state and frequently carry strong odors from overflowing trash, garbage left outside apartment doors, and pet waste. Cleanliness throughout the property is very bad & pathetic
Security is also a concern. Package theft has been an ongoing issue, creating frustration and inconvenience for residents who depend on deliveries. There is little confidence that packages will remain secure after delivery, which should not be a recurring concern in a professionally managed community.
Persistent noise issues, unpleasant hallway conditions, cleanliness concerns, and recurring package theft have significantly impacted the overall living experience. Prospective residents should carefully consider these factors before signing a lease.

Thin Walls, Thick Excuses
I rarely leave negative reviews, but prospective tenants deserve to know what they're getting into before signing a lease here.
The biggest issue with this property is the extremely poor noise insulation. You can hear almost everything from neighboring units, conversations, footsteps, doors slamming, furniture moving, and other everyday activities. It often feels like there is little to no separation between apartments, making it difficult to enjoy any sense of peace or privacy. For anyone who... works from home, values quiet, or simply wants a comfortable living environment, this can become a major source of frustration.
Unfortunately, management has done little to address concerns. Communication is often met with generic, nonchalant responses that make residents feel like their issues are being brushed aside rather than taken seriously. Requests and complaints seem to disappear into a void, with little follow-up, accountability, or visible effort to resolve ongoing problems. While no property is perfect, residents should at least expect management to acknowledge concerns and take reasonable steps toward solutions.
The overall cleanliness of the property is another disappointment. Common areas are frequently dirty, and there appears to be a lack of consistent upkeep.
Security is also a concern. During my time here, personal valuables went missing, which was both upsetting and concerning. While I understand that management cannot control every action of residents or visitors, the lack of urgency and concern shown when the issue was reported only added to the frustration. Residents should feel that their safety and property matter, and I did not get that impression.
Overall, this property has significant issues involving noise, cleanliness, management responsiveness, and resident concerns. The day-to-day living experience tells a very different story. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to visit multiple times, speak with current residents, and carefully evaluate whether the management's level of service and the building's construction quality meet their expectations before signing a lease.
Based on my experience, I would not choose to live here again and cannot recommend it to others seeking a well-managed and comfortable place to call home.
