The management is horrible. The units are cheaply made. Our washing machine breaks every week, so much so that the maintenance person had to teach us how to fix it on our own. The leasing office people are nice when you tour, but downright RUDE once you live here. They don't care about your situation or any problems you have while living here. They tried to charge me $1000.00 extra for our pets even though we ALREADY PAID THE FEE. The trash shoot rooms are always filled with trash bags and it... smells awful anywhere near them. I have lived here for 2 years and could not be happier. It is located right across the bridge from Northside hospital, 10 min from chasten park, 5 min from perimeter mall, and just in an overall good location. I would say the fixtures are a bit dated but the do keep things relatively fixed. Very large dog community with a recently renovated dog park as well.

We lived their first a year . They could not keep staff and illegal AirBNBs where being ran on the property. They seriously didn’t even open the pool until mid spring . You can hear everything through the walls . And our walls where splitting ,code enforcement was brought out several times . Expired tags and broken down cars . I bet the green Jag is still on the rooftop that hasn’t moved it two years. The Parent company is too busy buying but not fixing and maintaining them . I've lived here for over 6 months now. I love the community and the office and maintenance team. My questions are answered and my work orders are completed within a few days of putting it in. I'm happy to call this place home. The neighbors are nice and so is the staff here. I love it here.
