I've lived here almost 2 years now. At first, I loved this apartment and the management community. The community was taken over about a year after I moved here and it has been downhill ever since. I'm writing this to warn anyone looking to live here. The new management company sends contractors into your home with very short notice(this is a struggle because I have a pet). They leave a mess every time that I have to clean up and take care of. My rent has gone up tremendously since the new... company has taken over. They also continuously charge me the wrong amount for rent so I have to triple check it every month. They charge for things twice. My wife and I moved here a little over a month ago. We love it.
The total process was the easiest we've ever had. Stephanie, our leasing agent was fantastic and made us feel right at home from the first meeting to the actual move in.
The property is beautiful, very clean and well maintained.
We are older (not old) and feel safe in our new environment and our neighbors are very friendly.

I've been at Beacon Place for 2 years. The property is exactly what I wanted. Although the amenities are wonderful, what separates this property from the reset is the wiliness of the staff to go the extra mile to help out. No matter what you need, they are always there with a smile. Couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during my time in Statesboro. Keep up the good work. I'll miss this place!

The housing is beautiful and the staff is amazing! They have everything someone could want when renting a unit: on-site maintenance, a beautiful pool, a dog park, etc. The location is great because its remote but close enough to town. 11/10 would recommend living here!
