Overall quiet neighborhood with friendly residents. Most of them are quiet and keep to themselves. Don't really see or hear from the property manager, and little communication is sent via email. Office is hard to get a hold of. Maintenance became better over last few months.

My resident experience has been positive overall. The community is well-kept, communication from management has been clear, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I feel comfortable and safe in my home, and the move-in process was smooth. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff and the convenience of the location.

I love it out here. I love the location, the inside of my place is gorgeous and spacious. The only small complaint I have is the parking but hey neighbors are friendly and we all make a way.

Parking is only problem, but it’s not that bad. Going to enjoy living here, very refreshing and comfortable. Neighbors seem friendly and quiet.

We loved the place, is so calm, no traffic and we can walk around , everything is so clean.
