Our move-in concessions... are outlined in the lease agreement and are applied as a prorated concession over 4months rather than as two months without a rent payment. This structure is disclosed before signing, and we always encourage prospective residents to ask questions so they fully understand how the concession is applied.
Regarding the $1,000 gift card, we sincerely apologize for the delay but all of our gift cards are processed 30 days after you move in. You will need to contact the office if you haven't received your gift card and we will resend immediately.
